Payment

All products must be paid for in advance of dispatch.

Delivery

All prints are mailed by Royal Mail and are subject to their delivery times. We aim to dispatch all orders within 28 working days.

Returning products

All orders placed by you that contain an image, will be individually printed for you. It is therefore not possible to return an order or claim a refund if you have made an error. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Complaints

Complaints must be made directly to School House Photography within 3 working days of receipt of goods. All complaints should be sent via email to our usual contact address.

Credit Card information

School House Photography use a third party to process payments and print all images. We do not retain any information regarding your credit or debit card number, expiry date or card security code.

Personal information

We will not sell, distribute or disclose information about you either as an individual or your personal usage of the site without your consent or unless required to do so by law. The Information we gather may include name, delivery address, email address, telephone number, and any personal preferences in connection with your order. If we have been asked by a school to take their pupils' school photos, we will do so on the basis the school has asked for permission from parents/carers to do this. We do not retain children’s names and do not record their name or keep a child’s image under their name. Parents/carers can order photographs or other products via our online ordering system which is run by Shootproof and these albums are password protected.  All images will be securely stored (see below) for 12 months after which they will be securely deleted. If you order through our online galleries you will be asked for your contact information and name so that we may contact you with any issues, deliver your images to you and follow up on any order administration. We will only use these details in relation to your photo orders.

Copyright

Images are released copyright free. We reserve the right to use your images for promotional purposes, unless otherwise stated. School photos will never be used without parental permission.

Booking fees for private clients

Private clients may be asked to pay a booking fee to retain our services. This will be payable before the photo shoot. Image prices will be negotiated as part of the booking.

Cancellations

Payment is not refundable if session cancelled in less than 10 days before booked time. Relocation of a session can be made at any time but not less than 10 days before the session.

In the event that a photo session (or any part thereof) is unable to be held in a particular location or on a particular date for reasons outside of SHPs control, School House Photography shall have absolute discretion to cancel, relocate or change the date of all or any part of the photo session.  In such event any refund of payments to the customer shall be at the absolute discretion of SHP. 

SHP will not accept responsibility for the loss of property belonging to a customer.
